Chicken Broth

I love rotisserie chicken.  This is a way to spread the deliciousness to other dishes including paella, jambalaya, shepherd’s pie and more.

Chicken Broth

Ingredients

  • 1 carcas chicken
  • water

Instructions

  • Throw the chicken into a crockpot and cover it with water.
  • Cook on high for a couple of hours
  • Turn the crockpot to low and let things simmer overnight or into the next day.
  • Strain the liquid into mason jars and refrigerate until use. Use within a week or so.
