Chive Flower Vinegar

A nice way to use the chive flowers in your garden.

Chive Flower Vinegar

Servings: 1 jar

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chive flowers
  • white vinegar

Instructions

  • Cut the chive flowers off of the chive plants and stuff them into a pint jar. Then fill the jar with white vinegar and refrigerate it.
  • After about two weeks, take the jar out of the refrigerator and strain the beautiful purple liquid into another container. Seal and refrigerated until use.
