Rosemary Roasted Almonds

This is a nice treat for wine tastings.
Rosemary Roasted Almonds
Ingredients
- 2 cups almonds - raw and whole
- 2 tablespoons rosemary - fresh, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon chile powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil - extra virgin
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 ºF.
- Using a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients and toss to coat the almonds.
- Using a baking sheet lined with foil, arrange the almond mixture in a single layer and bake at 325 ºF until lightly toasted, about 20 minutes
