Rosemary Roasted Almonds

This is a nice treat for wine tastings.

Rosemary Roasted Almonds

Course: Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almonds - raw and whole
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary - fresh, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chile powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil - extra virgin

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325 ºF.
  • Using a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients and toss to coat the almonds.
  • Using a baking sheet lined with foil, arrange the almond mixture in a single layer and bake at 325 ºF until lightly toasted, about 20 minutes
