Salmon Dip
No matter how good your salmon may be for a main dish, you will occassionally have some left. This simple dip makes a great snack or appetizer from your leftover salmon.
The dip is good with crackers and wonderful with fresh crusty bread.
Salmon Dip
Ingredients
- 12 oz Salmon - use cooked leftovers (or canned if you are desperate)
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Dill - chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley - chopped, fresh
- 1 clove Garlic - minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Shred the cooked salmon and pull any bones you can find.
- In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
