Spent Grain Loaf
This is an easy and tasty way to make bread from some of the spent-grain leftovers after a home brewing session.
This recipe uses a bread machine. Set up the machine the night after a brewing session and you will have a delicious treat for breakfast.
Home brewing goes with home cooking, this bread goes great with home made jams and preserves:
You can use the recipe with light roasted or dark roasted malts.
Another good use for spent grains is in our spent grain pizza dough recipe.
You can also use the spent grains from your brewing session to make spent grain dog biscuits to help make up for ignoring your dog.
