Grilled Hamburgers

Fairly straightforward burgers with the addition of an onions and bread crumbs to make them juicy and tasty.

Grilled Hamburgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon season salt - like Adobo

Instructions

  • Heat the grill to medium-high.
  • Using a medium bowl, mix the ground beef with the bread crumbs, onion, seasoned salt, and egg.
  • Split the mixture into 4 balls.  Form each ball into a patty with a big dimple in the center.
  • Cock the burgers for 4 or 5 minutes per side.  The time depends on the temperature of the grill and how well done you want the meat.
  • Serve with cheese, onions, catsup, mustard and the usual condiments.
