Raspberry Shrub Syrup
Ingredients
- 8 ounces raspberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Using a small bowl, mix the raspberries with the sugar and stir.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for 2 days. Stir the mixture a couple of times a day.
- After 2 days, add the vinegar and stir well.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for another 2 or three days. Stir the mixture a couple of times a day.
- Strain the liquid out of the mixture and store it in sealed jars.
- The syrup will last several weeks in the refrigerator.
