Raspberry Shrub syrup for alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.

Raspberry Shrub Syrup

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Using a small bowl, mix the raspberries with the sugar and stir.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for 2 days. Stir the mixture a couple of times a day.
  • After 2 days, add the vinegar and stir well.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for another 2 or three days. Stir the mixture a couple of times a day.
  • Strain the liquid out of the mixture and store it in sealed jars.
  • The syrup will last several weeks in the refrigerator.
