Banana Walnut Bread

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 ºF.
Lightly grease a loaf pan with olive oil or butter.
Using a large bowl, mash the bananas.
Beat two eggs and add them to the bananas and mix well.
Add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the banana mixture and mix well.
Stir the walnuts into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes.
When done, remove the loaf from the pan and cool it on a wire rack.
