Broccoli Salad
Ingredients

broccoli
- florets
8
slices
bacon
- fried and crumbled
1/2
cup
dried cherries
1/2
cup
red onion
- diced
1/2
cup
raw sunflower seeds
1/2
cup
cheese
2
tablespoons
apple cider vinegar
2
tablespoons
sugar
3/4
cup
yogurt
- plain
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the broccoli, bacon, raisins, onion, sunflower seeds and cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk the sugar and vinegar until the sugar is dissolved. Blend in the yogurt.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the broccoli mixture, stir and serve.
Notes
If you do not have dried cherries, substitute raisins.
