Grilled Hamburgers
Ingredients

ground beef
1/2
cup
bread crumbs
1/4
cup
onion
finely chopped
1/2
teaspoon
season salt - like Adobo
Instructions
Heat the grill to medium-high.
Using a medium bowl, mix the ground beef with the bread crumbs, onion, seasoned salt, and egg.
Split the mixture into 4 balls. Form each ball into a patty with a big dimple in the center.
Cock the burgers for 4 or 5 minutes per side. The time depends on the temperature of the grill and how well done you want the meat.
Serve with cheese, onions, catsup, mustard and the usual condiments.
