New York Style Salt Potatoes

(like baby yukon gold or creamers)

butter
melted
Instructions
Using a large pot, add 4 quarts of water and stir in the cup of salt.
Add the potatoes, cover, and bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce the heat and simmer the potatoes until they are tender. About 25 or 30 minutes.
Drain the potatoes in a colander.
Serve with melted butter.
