Put the garlic, olive oil, and garlic into a gallon size zip-lock style bag. Shake the bag to coat the cauliflower with garlic and oil. Pour the bag into the casserole dish.
Shake seasoning over the top, to taste. I like Denali Blend from Alaska Seasoning for this.
Bake in the 450 ºF oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Toss the mixture after about 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and parsley over the top and broil for about 5 minutes - melting the cheese and turning the top a nice golden brown.
