- use cooked leftovers (or canned if you are desperate)

Cream cheese

Sour cream

Lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Shred the cooked salmon and pull any bones you can find.
In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Serve with crackers or bread.
