Wild Bill's Grilled King Salmon
Ingredients

king salmon filet cut into steaks
Adobo Seasoning

Savory
Butter
Instructions
Turn on your gas grill and heat to high (or prepare your charcoal grill for high temperature grilling).
Dry the salmon fillet with paper towel.
Remove the pin bones.
Cut the fillet into 1 inch thick steaks.
Sprinkle both sides with Adobo seasoning and savory.
Put the salmon on a hot grill and cook for 3 or 4 minutes.
Turn the salmon and add a small pat of butter to the top (Bill does this, but I do not).
Cook for another 3 or 4 minutes. Be sure to check the meat and cook until the raw pink color is gone - do not over cook!
Notes
Adobo seasoning and savory make this so tasty.
